To learn how to can in jars was the new skill I wanted to learn this year.
Thus far I have canned
14 jars of dill cucumbers
7 jars of plums
14 jars of beans..... one batch (7) with salt in the brane, one without salt.
11 jars of beetroot. 3 EL sugar, 1 tsp salt, fill to 200 ml with vinegar, fill to 1 liter with hot water.
The various jam's I've produced for years now, I haven't even counted yet. I'm beginning to get the hang of this ;-)
