The one advertisement that keeps annoying me....

Considering how unreliable and unpredictable they have proven to be the last two years, I always wanna shout:

And what do you do for our "orange" - Soccerteam?

Winter preparation

It's may, but the weather inspires winter preparations ;-) 9 degrees celsius and clouds.

I've got the cans unloaded -> that's the whole bounty for 12 euro's.

No. I didn't count them.

A day on the road

On our Dutch online marketplace I've bought glas storage containers to put up the bounty from our allotment for winter.
This year I want to learn all about canning.

Since the person I've bought them from lived in an area I normally never get to, I had a lovely day sightseeing to boot.

I always take the opportunity to visit second - hand - shops when I'm in a different area. Even though I eventually found the clips to hold the glasses shut for sterilizing right here in our own village second hand shop. ;-)

Now if the cold would go away to let me start the garden........please?

Saladbar is opened! | alke's gardening journal | folia

Just the way I like it. From greenhouse to mouth in about 2,5 minutes.
Folia is a big help in continuing to sow on a regular basis. About every ten day's a new short row - even though I now sow outside, will give us a uninterrupted flow of fresh greens all summer long.
